JOB VACANCY

 

A property company with incoming high rise building project in South Jakarta is now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill these vacant positions:

 

GM CONSTRUCTION HIGH RISE BUILDING

 

Job Qualification:

·         Age maximum 45 years old,

·         Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil or Architecture Engineer,

·         At least 8 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position, preferable who had experienced in handling high rise building project,

·         Had knowledge about building construction, project management, business process, project cost control, budgeting, sales and marketing planning and development,

·         Review target and doing budget analysis. In responsible to make an effective way in building construction,

·         Make a new innovation to achieve company target and reducing unnecessary cost,
