[Job-Vacancy] Job Vacancy for Receptionist

 

PT. Valco corporation (www.valcocorp.com) is seeking candidates to be filled for RECEPTIONIST position, the tasks are follow:

1. Welcoming company guest or employees' guest
2. Receiving incoming phone call and transfer it to other employees
3. Receiving incoming letters and distribute it to others as referred by the mail
4. doing some HR administration Task.
5. Making call summary record

Requirement:

- Min. Diploma Degree
- Having min 1 year experience with same position
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- age max. 32 years old
- Good in English
- good looking with height min. 160 cm
