World Vision is one of the world's largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations.

World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :

1. Gender & Public Policy Officer (Code : GPP)

Location : Poso

Major Roles:

To support WV Indonesia's strategic mandates to "be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change" by become a focal point for the gender equity; and to ensure that child as a focus of organization ministry will get a proper attention accordingly to organization commitment and direction; especially for the protected children in the difficult or special circumstances as well as by providing a comprehensive analysis of government & non-government policies, research findings, and publications on some issues related to WV Indonesia advocacy works at local, regional and national levels in alignment with the global center and national office strategies and policies.

Qualifications:

- Preferably master degree in Public Policy, Gender, International Development, Social Works, Law, or relevant degree or Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience

- Min 3 years experience in humanitarian aid, advocacy works or working in community development

- Have good facilitation, negotiation, and analytical skills

2. Regional Security & Humanitarian Emergency Affairs Officer (Code : HEA)

Location : Jayapura, Papua

Major Roles:

- To implement security management, provide support, and advice to Regio Papua management and the ADP's and staff.

- To ensure the capacity building for Emergency Response Team members, monitoring emergency when occurs in their respective region and managing disaster response when an emergency situation occurs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with security training certification from WV/reputable institution

- Min 2 years experience in Disaster Management cycle (Mitigation - Preparedness - Emergency Response - Rehabilitation)

- Based in Jayapura (Papua)

3. Child Protection Officer (Code : CP)

Location : Manggarai/TTS, NTT

Major Roles:

Providing technical support to Wahana Visi Indonesia's child protection program in Area Development Program (Manggarai / TTS, NTT).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Min 2 years experience in child protection works

- Based in Manggarai/TTS, NTT

4. Senior Auditor (Code : SA)

Location : Jakarta

Major Roles:

Conduct audit in World Vision Indonesia's projects/departments based on standard & procedure

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Must have prior auditing experience of at least 5 years in a recognized organization
- Good exposure in review Internal Control procedures and Risk Management
- Candidate with CPA/CIA/QIA is preferable
- Willing to travel frequently to any remote places in Indonesia
