[Job-Vacancy] Receptionist

 

A fast growing brand and creative agency in South Jakarta is urgently looking for candidate(s) to fill in the following position:

 

RECEPTIONIST

General Requirements are:

 

• Female, preferably single
• Age between 20 to 28 years old
• Minimum Education : D3
• Good appearance
• Good personality and interpersonal skill
• Good Command in both Indonesian and English
• Able to handle PABX, Appointments, Travel bookings and related office work
• Assisting employees to do some administration works
• Microsoft Office application literate
• Having experience as a receptionist would be an advantage
