1. Site Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities :
- Controlling and making report of:Project progress,Surveyor tasks.
Checklist of inspection, Daily, weekly and monthly report.- Contribute to project performance.
- Responsibility for request material.
- Controlling of shop drawing and daily workers activities.
- Making good relation in order to fill owner request.
- Supervising and controlling construction work, including lead the engagement team to ensure that it meets the requirement of quality, budget and timeliness.
General Requirments
a. Sex : Male.
b. Age : Maximum 40 year old.
c. Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering background from reputable university.
d. WORKING Experience : minimum 5 years working experience in design and build at constrution company.
e. Skills :
- Computer literate.
- Detail oriented.
- Fluency in English both oral & written.
- Good communication.
- Depth knowledge in construction practice.
- Have personnel management skill,Self confident and decision maker person.
f. Others :
- Good performance and personality.
- Competent and responsible.- Strong leadership.
- Able to work individually or in team.
- Willing to work overtime.
2. Drafter
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing shop drawing that given by Project Manager.
- Fulfilling target of finishing schedule that determined by Project Manager.
- Submitting shop drawings to Project Manager.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a. Sex : Male / Female
b. Education : Minimum Diploma Degree in Architect or Civil engineering
c. Working Experience : Minimum 1 years experience in related field
e. Skills : - Computer literate
- Excellent in AutoCAD current version
- Able to read Architectural and Structural drawings
- Able to read the initial design sketches
3. Surveyor/Ass. Surveyor.
Job Responsibilities :
- The accuracy of measurement of coordinates and level of a building.
- MonItoring the survey result during construction process.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

a. Sex : Male.
b. Education : Minimum Senior High School.
c. Working Experience : Minimum 1 years experience in related field
d. Skills : - Land surveying principles and procedures.
- Set up, operates and adjusts all types of survey equipment.

f. Others :
- Able to work individually or in team
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
- Willing to work overtime
- Understand the details of Basic Architecture and Basic Structure
- Having knowledge in basic plan drawings of Architects and Structural
