Our client is oil & gas company, need some professional and experience workers to join in EPC project at Sulawesi.
1. Project Manager
The Project Manager shall manage the entire EPC project activities. The Project Manager's responsibility shall include planning, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, quality, and cost control of the Project, including establishment of priorities and allocation of manpower to assure that all required technical, cost, and safety standards are fulfilled and all specified project objectives achieved.
- A least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mecahnical at least a total of fifteen (15) years of oil and gas facilities project experience, including a minimum of seven (7) years of oil and gas EPC project comprising production facilities detailed engineering, construction and/or fabrication experience, and at least five (5) years of project management and procurement experience.
- Professional accreditation of Project management such as PMP or equal is preferred, and it is mandatory that the project manager have been attending PMP/AACE training or equal by providing copy of training certificate in the resume.
- The Project Manager, shall have managed, as project manager, at least two (2) EPC projects in his experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills, good decision making, hard working and ability to work under pressure, and superior planning and organizational skills. The Project Manager shall be responsible for all activities in the CONTRACT for the full duration of the CONTRACT.
- During interview, the Project Manager candidate must prove the experience managing major EPC project within budget, schedule, without LTI and good quality.
2. Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager shall be responsible for the EPC project in the aspect of engineering, technical assurance, and design activities and managing the engineers. The Engineering Manager shall also function as the alternate to the Project Manager in the event of Project Manager's absence.
- Have at least a Bachelor of Science degree mechanical engineering field, at least ten (10) years of facilities engineering experience in oil & gas project, including at least six (6) years involvement in oil and gas facility detail Engineering and design.
- Shall have minimum three (3) years in construction experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, hard working and ability to work under pressure, has superior planning and organizational ability.
3. Procurement Manager
The Procurement Manager shall be responsible for the EPC project in the aspect of material and procurement supply chain services, including transportation to site via sea, air and land.
-Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering field, at least eight (8) years of procurement experience in oil & gas project, including knowledge of long lead items, expediting, delivery chain, procurement agreements/orders, custom clearance of PSC materials, Master List, etc.
- Shall have managed as procurement manager, at least have involved in two (2) EPC projects.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, hard working and ability to work under pressure, has superior planning and organizational ability.
4. Site Manager / Construction Manager
The Site / Construction Manager (can be single individual or separated individual) shall be responsible for the EPC project in the aspect of construction and site activities matters, including QSHES (quality, safety, health, environment and security). Construction Manager's responsibility shall include planning, coordinating, monitoring, and quality of the construction phase, including establishment of priorities and allocation of manpower to assure that all required technical, cost, and safety standards are fulfilled and all specified project objectives achieved.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering field, at least fifteen (15) years of facilities construction experience in a similar project, including at least ten (10) years of oil and gas project.
- Have managed, as construction manager, at least have involved in two (2) EPC projects.
- Have minimum three (3) years in detail engineering experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, hard working and ability to work under pressure, has superior planning and organizational ability.
5. Senior Project Engineer
Senior Project Engineer shall coordinate the multidisciplinary engineering activities and interfaces to assure that all required all specified project objectives achieved.
He/she can be separated individual for specific project engineer such as project engineer for engineering design interface coordination, project engineer for construction interface coordination activities and project engineer for material management and handling system.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field, at least eight (8) years of facilities project engineering experience, including at least five (5) years of oil and gas production facility EPC project, detailed engineering, or construction experience.
- Have been involved in EPC project at least two (2) EPC project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior planning and organizational ability.
6. Lead and Senior Safety Engineer
The Lead and Senior Safety Engineers will be responsible for safety aspects, and safety control studies and designs, including HAZOP, HAZID Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), mitigating risk designs, Project safety Plan, safety philosophies, dispersion analysis, fire zoning and specifying fire protection and safety equipment.
- Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- At least eight (8) years applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas production facilities and at least five (5) years total process design experience, including experience in EPC PROJECT
- Must be familiar with applicable safety codes and standards and all Indonesian Government Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations as they apply to oil and gas productions facilities.
- Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such design.
7. Lead and Senior Electrical Engineer
The Lead and Senior Electrical Engineers shall develop power and electrical control design, develop project electrical specifications, perform electrical engineering calculations, and review and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standard
- Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and at least ten (10) years experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering of oil and gas EPC projects.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards. The Lead and Senior Electrical Engineers must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Shall have experience in at least one (1) EPC PROJECT , within the last seven (7) years and must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise electrical engineering and design personnel and the interface with other the engineering disciplines.
8. Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer shall assist in the engineering and design of the electrical power, telecommunication and control systems for the oil and gas production facilities.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities.
- Must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
9. Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineer
The Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineers shall develop mechanical design engineering, project mechanical specifications, and review and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering of oil and gas projects, including compression systems, pressure vessels, pumps, and air cooled heat exchangers.
- Must each have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have each been responsible, as principle engineers.
- At least one other project with similar mechanical equipment and mechanical systems.
- Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Shall have participated in at least one (1) EPC PROJECTS.
- As Lead Engineer within the last seven (7) years
- Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise mechanical engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
10. Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer shall assist in the engineering and design of the mechanical systems.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities.
-Must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
11. Lead and Senior Piping Engineers
The Lead and Senior Piping Engineers shall develop piping layout design concepts, project piping and valve specifications, perform piping thermal stress calculations, and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering and construction of oil and gas projects, including piping systems, plot plans, and equipment layouts.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have each been responsible, as principle engineers, for the piping engineering and design of at least one other project with similar equipment and mechanical systems. The Lead and Senior Piping Engineers must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Shall have participated in at least one (1) EPC PROJECT.
- As Lead Engineer, within the last seven (7) years and must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise piping engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
12. Piping Engineer
The Piping Engineer shall assist in the piping engineering and design.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, including piping and equipment lay out.
- Must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
13. Lead and Senior Civil/Structural Engineers
The Lead and Senior Civil/Structural Engineers shall develop civil/structural design, calculation, project specifications, and review and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering and construction of oil and gas projects, including steel structures, major equipment foundations, pipe racks, and process plant and buildings.
- Shall have ability to analyze geotechnical, geo hazard, and survey interpretations, and review and implement Government regulations and industry codes.
- Must each have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have been responsible for the engineering and design of at least one EPC project with similar equipment and systems.
- Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Shall have participated in at least two (2) EPC PROJECTS.
- Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise mechanical engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
14. Civil/Structural Engineer
The Civil/Structural Engineer shall assist in the civil/structural engineering and design.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities. The Civil/Structural Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
15. Lead and Senior Process Engineers
The Lead and Senior Process Engineers shall develop process design deliverables, design criteria, and process specifications and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Must have each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Each shall have at least twelve (12) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in process engineering, design and construction of oil and gas projects, including process simulation, compression systems, gas processing systems, flare and blow down systems, utility systems, pipeline hydraulics, preparation of PFD's, UFD's, P&ID's, SAFE Charts, and participating in HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, RAM studies.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have been responsible for the process engineering and design of at least one other project with similar process equipment and systems.
- Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Shall each have responsible in charge in at least one (1) EPC PROJECT, similar scope and process complexity as Lead process engineer within the last seven (7) years.
- Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise process engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
16. Lead and Senior Instrument/Control System Engineers
The Lead and Senior Instrument/Control Systems Engineers shall develop instrument and control system design, project instrumentation and control specifications, review and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering or a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics or related field. Each shall have at least ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in instrumentation and control systems engineering and design for oil and gas projects, including field instrumentations, DCS systems, PLC based safety shutdown systems, and PLC based fire and gas detection systems.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must each have been responsible for the Instruments/Control System engineering and design of at least one project with similar process equipment and systems. The Lead and Senior Instruments/Control Engineers must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Shall have responsible in charge in at least one (1) EPC PROJECT as Lead Engineer within the last seven (7) years
- Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise Instruments/Control System engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
17. Instrument/Control Systems Engineer
The Instrument/Control System Engineer shall assist in the engineering and design of the instrumentation and control systems.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics or related field and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities instrumentation and control systems.
- Must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
18. Lead and Senior Telecommunication Engineers
The Lead and Senior Telecommunication Engineers will be responsible for telecommunication system design, specifying, and building telecommunication equipment appropriate for the Facilities and implementing Government regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field, and at least ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering of telecommunications for oil and gas projects, including SCADA and DCS interface designs.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have each been responsible for the engineering and design of at least one project with telecommunication requirements. The Lead and Senior Telecommunication Engineers must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.hall have responsible in charge in at least one (1) EPC PROJECT as Lead Engineer within the last seven (7) years, and must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise Telecommunication engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
19. Telecommunication Engineer
The Telecommunication Engineer shall assist in the engineering and design of the Telecommunication systems.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field, and at least five (5) years minimum of applicable experience in engineering of telecommunication systems for oil and gas projects, including SCADA and DCS interface designs.
20. Senior Project Planning Engineer
The Senior Project Planning Engineer shall keep management informed of the progress of the WORK. The Senior Project Planning Engineer shall prepare a CPM project schedule and monitor the schedule to identify the resources required to keep the project on schedule. The Senior Project Planning Engineer shall analyze the schedule to identify potential areas of slippage and the required corrective action.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or a construction management degree, and at least twelve (12) years experience in planning and control of major oil and gas production projects.
- Must have a Working knowledge of applicable industry practices and must have been the principle planning engineer responsible for planning and control of least two (2) major oil and gas EPC projects.
-Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to project planning.
21. Senior Cost Control Engineer
The Senior Cost Control Engineer shall monitor EPC project costs and make equipment and installed cost estimates for various project options in order to identify the most cost effective approaches. The Senior Cost Control Engineer shall also make weekly and monthly spending forecasts to determine cash requirements, potential problem areas, and corrective action to be taken.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree an engineering field or a construction management degree, and at least ten (10) years experience in cost control and cost estimating of major oil and gas production projects.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and must have been the principle cost control engineer responsible for at least two (2) major oil and gas EPC projects.
-Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs for oil and gas production projects.
22. Senior Quality Assurance and Control Engineer
The Senior Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Engineer shall have responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Control and shall report directly to the Project Manager and COMPANY representative to advice regarding the Quality Assurance/Control.
Engineer shall have independence, authority and responsibility to assure satisfactory implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance/Control.
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field, and at least eight (8) years experience in engineering, design, procurement and construction of oil and gas production facilities.
- Must have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and must have been responsible for least one (1) major oil and gas EPC projects.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior planning, quality auditing, and organizational skills.
23. Senior Construction Engineer
The Senior Construction Engineer shall be responsible for construction planning, construction engineering, site supervision, implement the requirements for temporary construction facilities, and specifying construction equipment requirements.
- Shall have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil / Structural or Mechanical Engineering and ten (10) years of oil and gas facilities project engineering experience, including at least seven (7) years of field construction engineering experience for major oil and gas facilities projects.
- Shall have shall have been in responsible charge of the construction planning for at least one (1) oil and gas facilities EPC projects.
24. Document Controller
Document Controller shall report to the Project Engineer regarding all document control matters. The Document Controller shall be the designated management representative for document handling.
- Must have a university degree or Diploma plus five (5) years experience as a Document Controller of oil and gas EPC projects.
- Must have excellent detailed checking and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and superior planning.
25. Lead Designer
The Lead Designer shall have Diploma-3 or equivalent training. The Lead Designer must have at least eight (8) years experience in design of oil and gas production facilities, with at least six (6) years of experience in his specialty design discipline.
- Shall have a Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, regulations, and drafting procedures. Lead designer must have served as a Lead Designer on at least two (2) oil and gas facility EPC project within the last seven (7) years.
26. Construction Supervisor (Civil/Structure, Instrument, Mechanical, Piping, Welding, Electrical, etc.)
The Construction Supervisor shall have University Degree or Diploma-3. The Construction Supervisor must have at least eight (8) years experience in supervising of construction of oil and gas production facilities, with at least six (6) years of experience in his specialty discipline.
- Shall have a working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, regulations, and construction procedures. Construction Supervisor must have served as a Construction Supervisor on at least three (3) oil and gas facility EPC project within the last seven (7) years.
