[Job-Vacancy] URGENT VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER (QSM)

Developer company with big scale housing complexes, malls, hotels, apartments, golf courses and other property related business, aiming expand to all over Indonesia and other countries. Urgently young professionals to be parts of dynamic and innovative team:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER (QSM)

This position is responsible to undertake the preparation of the Bill of Quantity, tender document and
tender process as well project cost plan, procurement and purchasing works. To Plan, carry out and lead
all tender process and documentation and a comprehension of strategies for handling contract
documents.
Qualification :

Male / Female : age between 28-35 years
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable university
Minimum 5 years working experience in related field or QS consultant
Computer literate such are Word, Excel, Power Point Auto Cad and MS Project
Fluent in English spoken and written
Self motivated and strong team player
Well organized, take initiative, self starter, able to work under pressure
To be positioned in Tangerang or Phnom Penh Office permanently
