[Job-Vacancy] URGENT VACANCY: HR SUPERVISOR

 

Dear All,

One of Japanese company are urgently needed for HR Supervisor with detail job description and requirements as follows:

Responsibilities:

HR Support for company's group (9 companies) in Indonesia:

• Recruiting Staff
• Training
• Salary and Benefit Planning
• Market Research

Internal HR Management:

• Payroll
• Taxation
• Appraisal
• Visa Formalities

Requirements:

• Male/Female 25-35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
• Minimal 3 years working experience as HR in Japanese Company
• Has experience handling HR in manufacturing company
• Has experience handling Labor Union (serikat pekerja)
• Faithfull person, communicative, and positive
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Good computer skill in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, etc
• Has possibility to have introductory training in Japan in 2 weeks up to 3 months

Salary range: 8 mio – 12 mio

Office: Kasablanka Office Tower, Casablanca-Kuningan, Jakarta

Expected join: mid/end of June
