[Job-Vacancy] Urgently need HR Staff

 

Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a subsidiary of Sibelco Asia, the largest Industrial Minerals Company in Asia. We are also part of the Sibelco Group, an organization established since 1872 in Belgium.
In line with our growth, currently we're looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
 
HR Staff

Responsibilities
· Administer document, such as recruitment files, training files and personal file.
· Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with company policies
· Assist recruitment & development supervisor in all duties
· Provide administrative support, such as attendance record and leave record.
· Maintain HRIS and ensure the data up to date
· Responsible to administer ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS matters.

Qualification
- Male / Female, Age max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline from reputable university
- 3 years working experience as HR admin
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- Computer literate : MS Office
