PT CKG (Citramegah Karya Gemilang), a nationally recognized contractor, construction manager, and design-builder, is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company serves the needs of a regional and national client in oil and gas, power and petrochemical Industry base through its building, heavy/industrial, construction management, and environmental services operating divisions.
Currently PT CKG is looking for qualified personnel to become one of our dynamic team to take part on our development plan. We are looking candidate which able to work in team & collaborate with others, proactive & enthusiastic, passion to perform, and focus on improvement to fill up the following position:
1. Project Representative/Coordinator.
Responsibility:
1. He/ She shall have knowledge, qualifications, skills as project coordinator, in coordinating with Corrosion and Pipeline Engineer and all field support functions such as TL/GL Operation, Planner, TL/GL Maintenance, Operation Specialist, GL Operation Support, field engineers to have integrated planning and execution to achieve optimum result safely, with regards to Quality and progress – Project Schedule.
2. Work closely with client to ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with client specifications and drawings.
Project Coordinator shall have qualification as requirement below:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (Engineer).
2. Having experience minimum 7 (seven) years in managing blasting, painting, coating, repair project pipeline in oil and gas industry in offshore and onshore.
3. Having good communication skill.
2. Field Blasting/Painting Supervisors.
Responsibility:
1. He/ She shall have construction/painting knowledge and skills as Construction/blasting/painting Supervisor.
2. In charge of all construction/blasting/coating activities such as material handling, lifting-rigging, blasting, painting, other miscellaneous supporting jobs for example scaffolding.
3. He shall have in coordinating with Corrosion and Pipeline Engineer and all field support functions, Planner, Operation Specialist, GL Operation Support, HES Reps, Field engineers, QA/QC-Inspectors to have integrated planning and execution to achieve optimum result safely, with regards to quality and progress.
4. Work closely with Client Representative and QC Inspectors to ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with Client Specifications and Drawings.
Field Blasting/Painting Supervisor shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Bachelor Degree (Engineer).
(2) Having experience minimum 5 (five) years to supervise blasting, painting, coating, repair project pipeline in oil and gas industry in offshore and onshore
(3) Having good communication skill.
3. Corrosion Engineer
Responsibility:
1. The Corrosion Engineer shall assist and represent Project Coordinator in jobsite, execute, and supervise refurbish/ replacement cathodic protection systems and coating/painting engineering.
2. Coordinate daily activities of project to complete the tasks outlines in the Work Order to a high quality standard and acceptable to Company.
The Corrosion Engineer shall have a minimum 5 (five) years experience in corrosion control and corrosion monitoring projects, and internal and external coating/painting in oil and gas industry as requirement below:
1) Minimum Bachelor Degree (Engineer)
2) Having experience in pipeline offshore and onshore.
3) Having experience in cathodic protection systems, corrosion control and prevention.
4) Having experience in internal dan external coating/ painting.
5) Having good communication skill.
6) Having proven experience on corrosion monitoring, cathodic protection troubleshooting, failure analysis, corrosion prevention, and coating/ painting.
4. Corrosion Technician
Responsibility:
1. Corrosion Technician shall assist Corrosion Engineer in jobsite and execute on daily activities of project to complete the tasks outlines in the work order to a high quality standard and acceptable to Client.
The Technician shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years experience in corrosion control, cathodic protection system, and coating/painting in oil and gas industry area as requirement below:
1) Minimum Associate Degree.
2) Having experience 3 years in oil and gas industry
3) Having experience in pipeline offshore and onshore.
4) Having experience in cathodic protection system, corrosion control and prevention.
5) Having experience in coating/ painting technique.
6) Having good communication skill.
5. QC Painting Inspectors
Responsibility:
1. QC Painting Inspector shall have knowledge, skill, and function to perform inspection of paint material, abrasive blasting, and coating/ painting application in offshore/onshore and shall be minimum level 2 INDOCOR/ASCOTINDO certified.
2. Performed the required Inspection as per Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), and ensuring that all inspections and NDE for quality of painting are performed
QC Painting Inspector shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Associate Degree (D3).
(2) Having experience minimum 5 (five) years as QC inspector of blasting, painting, and coating pipeline in oil and gas industry in offshore and onshore.
(3) Having good communication skill.
6. Safety Officers.
Responsibility:
1. Safety Officers shall have thorough working knowledge, qualifications, and skills as Safety Officer on implementing Company Safe Practices Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other mandatory requirement.
Safety Officer shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Associate Degree (D3).
(2) Having experience minimum 5 (five) years as Field Safety Officer in oil and gas industry and hold valid AK3U (Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certificate from Depnaker (Departemen Tenaga Kerja).
(3) Having good communication skill.
7. Blasters.
Responsibility:
1. Blasters shall have knowledge, skill, and function to perform blasting as surface preparation prior to perform painting application.
Blasters shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 3 (three) years to perform blasting/painting application in offshore/onshore facilities of Oil & Gas industry.
(3) Having good communication skill.
8. Painter
Painter shall have knowledge, skills, and function to perform painting application. Painter shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 3 (three) years to perform blasting/painting application in offshore/onshore facilities of Oil & Gas industry.
(3) Having good communication skill.
9. Blaster/Painter Assistant
Blaster/Painter Assistant shall have knowledge, skills, and function to perform painting application. Blaster/Painter Assistant shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 2 (two) years to perform blasting/painting application in offshore/onshore facilities of Oil and Gas industry.
(3) Having good communication skill.
10. Composite Repair applicator.
Composite Repair Applicator shall have knowledge, skill, and function to perform composite repair application using coil and contour type in onshore/offshore facilities to support equipment repair activities. Composite Repair Applicator shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 3 (three) years to perform composite repair with coil and contour type in facilities offshore/onshore Oil & Gas industry.
(3) Having good communication skill
11. Composite Repair application Assistant.
Composite Repair Applicator Assistant shall have function to assist Applicator to perform composite repair application using coil and contour type in onshore/offshore facilities to support equipment repair activities. Composite Repair Applicator Assistant shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 2 (two) years to perform composite repair with coil and contour type in facilities offshore/onshore Oil & Gas industry.
(3) Having good communication skill.
12. Scaffolding Inspector.
Scaffolding Inspector shall have knowledge, skill, and function to perform scaffolding inspection in onshore/offshore facilities and capable to read and review technical drawing. Scaffolding Inspector shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Associate Degree (D3).
(2) Having experience minimum 3 (three) years in scaffolding installation and inspection, having valid Scaffolding Inspector certificate from Government or accredited institution in oil & gas industry activities.
(3) Having good communication skill.
13. Scaffolder
Scaffolder shall have knowledge, skill, and function to perform scaffolding installation to support blasting/painting and composite repair activities in onshore/offshore facilities and capable to read and review technical drawing. Scaffolder shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 3 (three) years in scaffolding installation and having valid Scaffolder certificate from Government or accredited institution in oil & gas industry activities.
(3) Having good communication skill.
14. Scaffolder Assistant.
Scaffolder Assistant shall function to assist scaffolder to perform scaffolding installation to support blasting/painting activities and composite repair in onshore/offshore facilities. Assistant Scaffolder shall have qualification as requirement below:
(1) Minimum Senior High School (SMA).
(2) Having experience minimum 3 (three) years in scaffolding installation in oil & gas industry.
(3) Having good communication skill
General Requirement:
1. The personnel shall be fluent in English Language,
2. Computer operations and familiar with industrial applicable standards, NACE, SSPC, Painting Technical Data Sheet and Company specification, blasting/painting application in Oil and Gas industries on corrosion prevention aspects.
3. All personnel shall also have minimum valid HES training certificate such as: Basic Sea Survival (BSS), Confined Space Entry (CSE), and HUET (preferable), working at Height and other HES training certificate
4. A person of blasting/Painting team shall hold valid rigger training and C3 certificate.
