Job Description:
1. Analyzing Resources Needs based on Project2. Plan and Do the target of recruitment3. Handling Negotiation4. Monitoring Hiring Process5. Monitoring Process Administration of Agreement6. Monitoring SOP HR runs smooth7. Handing Internal Issue8. Report to HR Manager
Requirements:
1. Female, below 30 years old2. Mandarin and English proficiency (Mandarin is preferable)3. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, in Human Resources Management4. Has working in company with over 150 employees especially in Telecommunication Company5. Experiences over than 3 years in HR6. Able to handle HR issue by following the Manpower Department Regulation7. Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision8. Have strong critical thinking and analytic skills, fast learner, and responsible9. Proficient in MS office applications is a must10. Available to join immediately11. A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines12. 1 Full-time position available
