In-House Legal Counsel (LC)
Jakarta Barat (Jl. Let Jend. S. Parman)

A holding Co. having the operations in some business field, mainly in tin mining and smelting, shipping transportation and fuel (BBM) distribution, having its office in Jl. Jend. S. Parman is looking for� In-House Legal Counsel (LC)

Responsibilities:

Performing various tasks related to legal matters among group companies (placement in Holding Co)
Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters.
Securing company and it's all possessions from any illegal problems.
Prepare and review various legal documents, including business contract and acquisition related legal documents.
Preparing legal letters, agreements for mergers, acquisitions etc.
Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely.
Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization.
Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interests.
Negotiating contracts for the company.
Develops and modifies policies and procedures to conform to legal regulatory and network firm requirements include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Handling lawsuits of the company.
Studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company.
Ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian law and regulations, include rules requirements.
Prepare and evaluate legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new�business ventures and periodically review, monitor, and audit the legal documentations and fillings all subsidiaries, branches and affiliated companies.

Requirements:

Female (is a must), max 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
Having advocate license from PERADI.
Minimum 3 years experience in Managerial Level will be advantage
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Work experience in corporate law practice is an advantage.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be able to work under high stress and save the company from legal difficulties.
Must be well organized, and accurate in work.
Strong analytical skill and detail oriented.
Excellent in computer literate (MS-Office)
Fluent in English both written and verbal
