We are a 5 star quality European style cake shop / restaurant chain operating 20 outlets in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Malang and Bali with over 1,600 employees.  We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Ass. HR Manager.  Join our family and be a part of our rapid growth and success.

Asst. HR Manager

General Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 30 years old.
• Minimum Bachelors / S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management
• Excellent knowledge of  Recruitment , Training and Development and Performance Management.
• Min 2 years experience working as  Asst. HRD Manager
• Able to work under pressure, motivate and bring the best out of people
• Able to  communicate in English  
• Easy going, but able to deliver results, hardworking and team oriented.
• Highly computer literate.
• Able to work long hours.
